Anna Harrell is a 19-year-old singer and songwriter based in Los Angeles, California. Growing up surrounded by music in Mill Valley, CA, Anna honed her indie leaning sound with roots in the nature and musical history of her home. She begun working with Bay-Area local producer Jim Greer when she was only 15, having released an EP and multiple singles with various collaborators since. Her prolific songwriting has earned her notable performances up and down the coast, including the Mill Valley Music Festival, Sweetwater Music Hall and Hopmonk Novato. While studing at USC’s Thornton School of Music, she is currently working to co-produce her next project as a solo musician while also frequently collaborating as a co-writer on projects with LA-based artists. Anna is excited to be back at the Sweetwater again this summer for a night packed with raw new material and nostalgic throwbacks.
With a soulful sound rooted in funk, folk rock, and jazz, Mila Mincy is carving out a musical identity that blends timeless artistic influences with her own emotional lens. Drawing inspiration from the singers and composers who shaped her, Mila is learning to fuse those elements with her personal stories—crafting performances that are as vulnerable and introspective as they are immersive and passionate. Through extensive vocal training, she’s learned the most important way to truly deliver a performance is to develop and deliver an authentic story. With this, Mila expresses music through her emotional presence, paired with vocal improvisation, fingerpicking guitar, and natural soul channeled through carefully picked songs as well as stripped-back acoustic originals. Mila aims to intertwine social activism, drama, creative storytelling, and music as she continues to develop her craft at USC’s Thornton School of Music, using her voice to reflect the life around and within her.
