About the chefs: Mitchell & Steven Rosenthal
The brothers got their start over 30 years ago as the Executive Chefs of Wolfgang Pucks’ acclaimed Postrio, before going on to open a number of renowned spots of their own in the Bay Area. Their beloved South-of-Market restaurants, Salt House, Anchor & Hope, and Town Hall were a testament to Mitchell and Stevens’ love for creating great food and warm hospitality. Now, the Rosenthal brothers bring their exceptional talents to Sweetwater for this exclusive event. Mardi Gras Ball is a tribute to their famed Mardi Gras parties that they hosted over their years at Town Hall, celebrating the food, tradition, and energy of New Orleans in a relaxed and festive atmosphere.
